Bill Pilon served in Canada with the RCAF during the Second World War. He was stationed at Summerside, PEI and in southwestern Ontario near Galt/St. Thomas. Bill was one of a family of 6 children, 4 of whom served in the Canadian Forces (2 in the RCAF, 1 as an Army Nurse and 1 in the Merchant Marine).
