Justin proudly served in the Canadian Air Force as a military police member from 2014 to 2019. He completed a tour in Latvia during his career. He eventually decided to move on and work for multiple cities in the surrounding area, while also focusing on his mental health journey. Justin loved spending as much time as he could with family and friends, while also jumping at every chance to travel and camp solo. An avid outdoorsman, you would often find him in his favorite “relax spots” as he would call them, amongst trees and near the water. He was hilarious, kind-hearted, incredibly smart, generous and just the most amazing human being. The very definition of someone who would “give the shirt off their back” for anyone. Although he struggled with PTSD, it doesn’t define him. He will forever be remembered as a son to be proud of, a dependable brother/brother in-law, a loving uncle and a great friend to many.
