Dad joined the RCN in 1939 at the young age of 19. He was overseas during WWII and never disclosed his work in London England during the height of the war. He served on numerous ships during his 25 years of sevice to our country. He met our Mom while the Maggie was being outfitted in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
