Thomas Geoffrey Cooper Caton (Grandad) joined the Royal Airforce as a boy to fight in World War 2. He gave his life to the service, only retiring when age caught up with him. Following WW2, Geoffrey, was stationed around the world including; Singapore, Malta, Cyprus, Netherlands, Scotland and Germany. He always gave his all for the RAF, often having to disappear for months on end to undertake surveillance and reconnaissance missions in the post WW2 and Cold War Environment. Although committed to the RAF Geoffrey found time for his children and later grandchildren.
