This is my Great Uncle Herman. He was one of my Grandmothers brother who fought in WW2. We were fortunate he did return home. I will be a first time participant but my Mom, sister & niece are returning participants. We are doing this to celebrate my Mom’s 80 Birthday. She is a legion member of Branch 177 in Little Current on Manitoulin Island and great volunteer. Our home town has Veteran Memorial Banners to hang in November thank to her.
