Remembrance Row

Canada Army Run and the Royal Canadian Legion have partnered to bring a new way to honour and remember those who served.

In 2017, we are introducing Remembrance Row, a section along the course showcasing signs of veterans who have passed away. These veterans are connected to you the participants, and we are calling on you for submissions.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Submissions will be open until Monday, August 21, 2017 or until our maximum has been reached. At this point the form will be closed/unavailable.

We thank all that nominate someone for being part of this, and we hope this becomes another reason why Canada Army Run is No Ordinary Race.

NOTE: The submission period for Remembrance Row 2017 has ended. Thank you to everyone who submitted a veteran to be honoured.

  • First and last names of the nominated veteran

  • Approximately 500 metres in length for the inaugural year

  • Signs will be used in future years, with the plan to add more each year
