Justice Erny was 22 years of age, born on September 4th, 2002, passing away earlier this year. Cpl. Erny was a valued member of the 33 Service Battalion. Serving out of North Bay , Ontario.
As a cook, the member was well known as someone you could count on. Attended every exercise they could and every parade night. Her CoC was always happy to have her for an exercise, as they were also known as a dedicated and hard-working part of the team.
The member took pride in every aspect of their craft, from meal preparation to cleaning out an MKT. The work and the people kept her in good spirits, which was infectious. Nothing made her happier than seeing the effects of a job well done, knowing the positive effect a good meal can have on the troops.
Cpl. Erny was a beautiful, free spirit that touched everyone’s heart that she knew. She was known for her infectious smile, love for life and children; and her love of candy that she would sometimes share 😊.
We will miss her dearly.
